The shochu thinks that there is a thing with easy preservation method in one of the popular reasons.
Brewages such as sake and wine discolor, and become unsavory if it doesn’t take care about the preservation method.
To drink the shochu always delicious, the shochu that is the distilled liquor has some points though is taking care with in the preservation method especially.

・Direct sunshine and the place that becomes extremely hot are avoided.
Preserve it in the cool dark place where the temperature doesn’t change.

Three months usually?I think that I do not change the taste and can drink during half a year.
If it drinks, and the taste and the smell are not amusing, it is safe.
However, the shochu of no filtration changes in quality easily.
・How do you do when the shochu preserved after a letter is opened is drunk?There is a thing that the fusel oil floats on the surface and the taste has changed.
